Merlyn is a systems strategist, entrepreneur, and speaker dedicated to helping women in business build companies that support their lives—not consume them.
She is the founder of Clear Elevation Operations, a systems and operations agency that helps service-based businesses streamline their backend operations through automation, CRM systems, and scalable business infrastructure.
Merlyn is also the founder of Beauty By Merlzz, a beauty brand centered on helping women practice intentional self-care through beauty therapy. Through her work as a nail artist and beauty entrepreneur, she witnessed firsthand how many talented professionals struggle not because of lack of skill—but because they lack the business systems needed to sustain growth.
After navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship, motherhood, and burnout while building multiple businesses, Merlyn discovered that success doesn’t come from working more hours, it comes from building better systems.
